Major General Sir John Ormsby Vandeleur
Commander of the 4th Cavalry Brigade of the Anglo-Allied Army at Waterloo. As this Brigade contained the British 12th Light Dragoons, Vandeleur is the perfect compliment to NAP0198-NAP0203 as well as making a great addition to the Mounted Anglo-Allied high command at Waterloo.
Vandeleur distinguished himself on the Penninsula and was promoted to command of the entire Anglo-Allied Cavalry reserve once Uxbridge was wounded and taken from the field.
