  The West Coast Toy Soldier Show and Sale Sunday, March 3rd, 2024 Time: 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM Admission: $8.00 Early Admission at 8AM $20.00 Location: Pasadena Elks Lodge 400 W Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91105 Hotel Update: We have a Classic Motel along the old Route 66 that will allow us to room trade! Hobby Bunker will be there selling. $120.00 a night and free parking and free breakfast! Saga Motor Hotel Pasadena 1633 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91106 (626) 795-0431 You can call and mention 'Matt Murphy" for group rate or enter it online. https://thesagamotorhotel.com/ It is 3 miles away from the Elks where the show will be held. 8 minutes by car and 18 minutes by Bus. It is also near "Allen Train Station." Both the hotel and the Elks can be reached by Light Rail from LA and Orange County. It is a small Hotel. We will be put on the first floor and 2nd floor.

  February 29th Updates. As you read this I will be on a plane heading to Los Angeles. The West Coast Toy Soldier Show is this weekend. See below for more details. It is always a fun show and is well attended. I plan on being a tourist for a few hours as I head East to Pasadena on Route 66. Santa Monica Pier will be my first stop. We will be set up Friday and Saturday for room Trading at the Saga Motel. The main show is Sunday at the Elks Lodge. Both are on Colorado Blvd. In the shop we have received the new Disney Lorcana CCG "Into the Inklands" and it goes on sale Friday. We also received some Pokemon and a big game restock this week. We are also putting more aircraft models from collections in the store. We did some last week and will be putting more out on Saturday. We also have some new 3D prints in the store for sale, 28mm and 54mm. . UPDATE: All the Original Marx Playsets have been sold. We still have 1000's of items and figures to sort out. Stay tuned. I sold some at the VA and I have packed some Swoppets to bring to CA. We just picked up a John Jenkins Designs FIW Collection LINK: JJD We also picked up a World War II King and Country Collection LINK: K&C We are expecting lots of shipments in tomorrow. Stop by this weekend. We will be well stocked with hobby supplies, models and games!

  We have had a busy school vacation this week. Lots of foot traffic in the store! I have been busy preparing for the toy soldier show in VA this weekend and we just shipped a bunch of stuff out to California for next weeks West Coast show I am running. This week we got a restock from King and Country, Pegasus Hobbies, Plastic Soldier Co, Victrix Ltd and Caesar Miniatures. We expect to get the much needed Vallejo paint line replenished in the next few days. UPDATE: All the Original Marx Playsets have been sold. We still have 1000's of items and figures to sort out. Stay tuned. I am bringing some items to the VA show this weekend.   February 15th Updates. Hello everyone. We survived the non-storm blizzard of February I think we got about a 1/4 inch of snow on the 13TH! What we did get was lots of customers in because they were "working from home!" We have added new Thomas Gunn Miniatures and John Jenkins Designs to our website. We also just updated our Forces of Valor Inventory.   February 8th Updates. Hello everyone. February has brought us some warm weather and some new plastic toy soldiers. King and Country has no new announcements this month due to the Chinese New Year. Many places are closed or shut down for a couple of weeks this month. Thomas Gunn just sent a new announcement...these will be on our site tomorrow. Above is a D-Day diorama by King and Country and cool picture i lifted off the Warhammer Community page. Today we received a restock of Pro Acryl from Monument Hobbies as well as a bunch of Tamiya products. We also have a pile of Vallejo that may be here tomorrow. The massive Bandai Gundam model kit restock that came in last week is moving fast. We left it all on our front table to browse.
